1. Production Time
All PawWool products are handmade to order. Production time begins after you submit your pet’s photos and we confirm them, not from the order date.

⚠ During peak seasons (November–December, Valentine’s Day), production times may be extended by 1–2 weeks. We will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Tracking
Once your portrait ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. You can monitor delivery status at the carrier’s website or via Orders Tracking for international parcels.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We declare all items at their full value and cannot mark items as “gifts” on customs forms.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. PawWool is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
