By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) described. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., if a product is unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected), in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Custom Products & Photo Submission
All products are made to order. By submitting photos of your pet, you confirm that you have the right to share those images with us. You grant PawWool a non-exclusive license to use submitted photos solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned artwork. We will seek separate written consent before using any images for marketing purposes.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the intellectual property of PawWool and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Your custom portrait, once completed and paid for, becomes your personal property. However, PawWool retains the right to photograph and display finished work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you opt out in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawWool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant order.
